Clifton Heritage National Park is open daily to the public. To help you make the most of your visit, we’ve outlined answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our services below.

  • Plan Your Visit

    Operating Hours

    Our National Park opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Last entry for all visitors, including groups, is at 4:00 p.m.


    No need to book in advance — walk-ins are welcome for our general tours.


    Entrance Fee:

    • Residents: $20.00
    • Non-Residents: $40.00
    • Children Ages 3–11: $5.00
    • Students Ages 7–18: $10.00
    • Seniors Ages 65+: $5.00

    Free Parking  

    We offer standard complimentary self-parking to our guests at the designated parking lot near the main entrance during operating hours.


    Shuttle Service

    We offer free shuttle service to and from all lodging facilities including the cruise port, hotels and Air Bnbs for those that book our Deluxe and Premium Tour packages.

  • General Park Information

    Are dogs allowed at the park?


    Yes, dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Dog waste bags are available for purchase at the gift store.


    Does the park have restaurants?


    There isn't a full-service restaurant, but lunch is served daily. Menus are available upon registration at the gift shop.


    Are guests allowed to bring their own food and beverages to the park?


    Yes, guests can bring their own food and beverages. However, personal grills or hibachis are not permitted

  • Touring the Park

    On the day of your visit, we kindly ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before their tour begins to allow ample time for registration.


     Heritage Tour  


    Please be aware that our Heritage Tour will take approximately 2 hours and require about 1 mile of walking.


    Our highest visitation is from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday through Sunday. There may be long lines to access the Heritage Tour during this timeframe.


    We encourage visitors to eat and hydrate before starting the Heritage Tour, especially if they have special healthcare needs. During this timeframe, there may be long lines to access the Heritage Tour

    * Children – (3-18 years old) - $10

    * Seniors 65+ - $10.00

     

    Snorkeling

     

    * Guided Tour & Rental Gears - $75.00

    * Self-Guided Snorkel - $50.00

  • Accessibility

    Wheelchair accessibility


    Currently, only the gift shop and the main restroom at the entrance are wheelchair accessible. Efforts are ongoing to improve accessibility throughout the park.

  • Can I go on the snorkeling tour if I cannot swim?

    No, participants must be able to swim to join the snorkeling tour. For safety reasons, all guests must be comfortable in open water, even with flotation devices and guides present
